Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following is MK LIMOUSINES, INC agreement for Transportation Services. This agreement must be acknowledged by the credit card holder or authorizing agent for all transportation services. The credit card holder or authorizing agent acknowledges this agreement and assumes all responsibilities for the actions of all passengers in the vehicle.

All bookings are charged to the customer's credit card, debit card or agreed alternative method of payment. In the event an additional credit card or debit card is needed under the same customer name, it will be acceptable under this agreement. All credit and debit card charges are subject to a 2.9% CC Merchant Fee.

All bookings will be charged a 20 percent DEPOSIT for securement of the vehicle. All Prom and Homecoming bookings will be charged a 50 percent deposit. In the event the reservation goes over the time period booked, customer will be charged by our OFFICE the next business day, at the agreed price. All services are subject to a 20 percent gratuity if applicable. Any monies given to driver is accepted as a gratuity only. All other charges will be administered at our OFFICE. All checks that are written to MK LIMOUSINES, INC are subject to a $30.00 return check fee if applicable.

All cancellations will result in a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. All airport cancellations require a 24 hour cancellation notice. All other cancellations within (7 DAYS) of pick-up date will result in a FULL CHARGE OF THE AGREED PRICE OF BOOKING.

Customer's agreed pick-up time starts when vehicle arrives on location at scheduled time of arrival. We shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to, weather, road conditions, negligence or breakdowns of contractor's vehicle. Any late arrivals on bookings due to those conditions will be credited with the lost time at the end of trip if applicable. Not responsible for any communication issues before or during the scheduled transportation with the vehicle's driver or office if customer fails to call the allocated number on customer trip ticket at 713-364-5466. We assume no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged baggage, personal belongings, or any items left in contractor's vehicle. All approved refunds / reschedules are subject to a 20 percent service fee of the full amount of booking. We have the right to refuse any business or services.

Rules and Regulations:

  • NO ALCOHOL to be consumed by anyone less than 21 years of age - No exceptions. NO SMOKING inside contractor's vehicle - fees may apply - No exceptions. NO ILLEGAL drugs or substance use of any kind. Violation could result in early termination - NO REFUNDS. NO FOOD ALLOWED of any kind in contractors vehicle - No exceptions. A $250.00 clean-up fee will apply for excessive matter, carpet stains, vomiting in or on the contractors vehicle - No exceptions. A $5.00 fee will apply for each broken or missing glass in contractors vehicle. Customer will be charged damage fees for any damages made to contractors vehicle. Children under the age 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Customer agrees, for his/her party, not to exceed the passenger capacity of contractor's vehicle provided. Overages will be billed in half hour increments, plus gratuities and service fees if applicable. Emergency exits in vehicles are for emergency use only. Any tampering may result in applicable fees.
